Tour Start & Arrival Time
The time indicated on your digital ticket (QR code) is the tour start time.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance.
Late admission is not permitted, and tickets will no longer be valid once the tour has started.
What to know before booking
Experience Duration
Approximately 50 minutes, including initial introduction and exit.
Departures
Approximately every 15 minutes – groups max. 60 people.
Group Formation
Choose your language when selecting your ticket.
To ensure monolingual groups, your departure time may be moved to a later time slot.
Any changes will be communicated by email.
